Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging RVS CAD for any construction planning, design, or documentation services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging RVS CAD for any project — whether through our website, email, phone, or in person — you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations.
2. Services Provided
RVS CAD provides professional construction planning, structural design, 2D/3D mapping, electrical planning, plumbing layout, drainage system design, cost estimation, and project documentation services. The scope of services for each project is defined in the individual Project Agreement or Service Order issued to the client prior to work commencement.
3. Project Agreement & Scope
All projects commence with a signed Project Agreement or Purchase Order that defines the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Any changes to the agreed scope must be submitted in writing and may result in revised timelines and additional fees as outlined in a Change Order document.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely project information, drawings, site surveys, and relevant data required for RVS CAD to perform the agreed services. Delays caused by late or inaccurate client-provided information are not the responsibility of RVS CAD and may impact the agreed delivery timeline.
5. Fees, Payment & Invoicing
Service fees are quoted per project and outlined in the Project Agreement. An initial deposit of 50% is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final drawings or as outlined in the payment schedule. All invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Revisions & Amendments
Each service plan includes a specified number of revision rounds (see pricing plans). Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at the applicable hourly rate. Revisions do not include changes to the original project scope.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered drawings and documents for the specific project. RVS CAD retains ownership of all drafts, source files, templates, and methods used in producing the work. Drawings may not be modified by third parties without written consent from RVS CAD.
8. Confidentiality
RVS CAD treats all client project information, business details, and data as strictly confidential. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law or regulatory authority. Clients may request a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for sensitive projects.
9. Limitation of Liability
RVS CAD's liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that specific project. The Company is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our deliverables. RVS CAD is not responsible for construction outcomes when plans are modified by third parties.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the Project Agreement with 7 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is liable for fees corresponding to work completed up to the termination date. RVS CAD may immediately terminate the agreement in cases of non-payment or client breach of these terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where RVS CAD operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules.
12. Changes to Terms
RVS CAD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued engagement with RVS CAD after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
